Re-evaluation form (PTU)

The results of 7th & 8th semester have already been declared and provision for filling the re-evaluation form have been put on the site by the PTU. The re-evaluation form can be filled within 15 days from the result shown on the ID of the students. The form may please be filled by the respective HODs only on presentation of the receipt@Rs. 710/- per subject. This may kindly be strictly adhered to for matching the payment by the Account Branch.

STARTING OF ODD SEMESTER

(ACADEMIC SESSION 2014-15)

As per the revised programme the ODD SEMESTER of the Academic Session 2014-15 will now start with effect from 4th August, 2014 (MONDAY). All the students are requested to register for the odd semester on 4th August, 2014 from 9.30 am to 10.20 am in their respective departments. The classes will start with effect from 10.20 am and the attendance will be counted from 4th August, 2014 onwards.

SUMMER TERM: FILLING OF ON-LINE EXAMINATION FORMS

  It is informed that all students who are now attending classes in Summer Term and have paid their Examination Fee can fill their on-line examination forms from 16th June 2014(Monday) onwards. 

RE-APPEAR EXAMINATION (FOR STUDENTS WITH "E or F" GRADE) : JULY 2014

It is informed that the students who were awarded “E or F” grade in the subjects offered during the current 2^nd and current  4^th semester of the Academic  Session i.e. 2013-14 can RE–APPEARin the examinations to be held in 1^st fortnight of July, 2014. The examination fee (Rs 710/-) should be paid within three days when the result of current 2^nd or 4^th semester respectively is displayed in their I.D’s.

HOSTEL FEE CHARGES : 2014-15

It is informed that the hostel fee structure for the session 2014 – 15 is as below:

Fixed Charges	Rs. 38,400 /- ( Rs. 3200/- per month, Rent)
Recurring Charges	Rs. 27,600 /- ( Rs. 2300 /- per month, including Mess Charges, Nominal electricity and Water  Charges )
Total Amount	Rs. 66,000 /- per year

NB:

 1.     It is for the information of present hostel residents that the present hostel fee structure of Rs. 60,000 / - per year will be applicable for students who wish to continue to stay in the hostel.

 2.     It is further informed that the old hostel residents who had earlier discontinued / left the hostel and now want to avail the hostel facility will have to pay Rs. 66,000/- per year as per the new hostel fee structure.

commencement of Odd semster

The classes of Odd semester for session 2014-15 will start on 28^th July 2014. Registration on 1^st day, 1^stperiod i.e. on 28^th July 2014 is compulsory and the attendance will be counted from this date.
