DOCUMENTS FOR STUDENTS

1. Identity Cards: Students are issued Identity Cards after their admission. Students must wear/carry their I-Cards at all times during University hours. They may not be allowed to attend the classes and labs or write the examinations without Identity Cards.
2. Library Cards: Each student will be issued two library tickets for issue of books for his/her use.
3. Bus Passes: Students availing the bus facility will be issued Bus Pass by the transport office after the bus charges have been paid by him/ her. The students using bus facility must carry with them the Bus pass duly issued by the University. If during a surprise check someone is caught without Bus pass, he/ she will be fined Rs. 500/-. A student caught travelling by University bus without having paid the bus fee shall be charged the normal fee chargeable for the full year.
4. Detailed Marks Certificates (DMCs): The DMCs of a particular semester will be issued to the students after the same are received from the University.
5. Attestation of Documents: Any student requiring attestation of any document may get the same done from the Director through the HOD. For this, the original documents must accompany the Photostat copies.
6. Notices: All-important notices pertaining to the students are put through UIMS, displayed on the University Notice Board as well as university website. All students must see their UIMS page. The University Notice Board and visit University website regularly.
7. Intimation of Change in Address/Phone Number: Students must intimate any change in address or phone number of their parents/guardians as well as their own immediately to the Registrar and their mentors. The changes will be incorporated only after confirmation from the parents.
